The Róth Miksa Memorial House: A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Budapest

This is an old post. Information may be outdated.

Róth Miksa (1865-1944) was a leading figure in Hungarian glass art, whose stained glass windows adorn many emblematic buildings of Hungarian Art Nouveau, such as the Gresham Palace, the Museum of Applied Arts, the Vigadó Concert Hall, the Parliament Building, the Szeged Synagogue, and many others. Not all of these buildings are open to the public, making the Róth Miksa Memorial House a unique opportunity to admire the artist's stunning creations up close.
